Exercise is an absolutely fabulous to help boost energy levels and immune system to get you back in shape, make you feel healthier and happier.
Exercise is a great way to increase the levels of Dopamine, which is the chemical in the brain associated with feelings of happiness and pleasure, also improving mood swings along the way. But if you are serious about your sports then hypnosis is ready to build your powerful mind set for success.

Studies have shown exercise is great for people with anxiety or depression, and helps people feel better long-term. Stress levels can be reduced from working out, while your body gets used to exercise it also adapts to deal with other stresses you come across in life.

But what if you haven’t exercised for a while and/or want to start, you’re unfit, feeling lousy, no energy, you’re job, or for whatever the reason and you want to get back into exercise, but your mind’s not in the right place or you don’t have the confidence to go?
Well with the wonderful skills of hypnosis and self-hypnosis I can help you in order to get maximum benefit to your athletic performance…consistently.

Blending Hypnosis with exercise is very effective for supporting and programming the mind. It helps break down barriers, changes your thought patterns in positive ways and enhances your sports performance faster to achieve success.

Being a mum herself and always busy, Gill Elders knows what it’s like and how wearing and stressful it can be for some, Gill used hypnosis which gave her support getting back into her Judo and exercising in the gym which helped her so much, and now it’s Gills turn to help you, the use of hypnosis is perfect, and it doesn’t matter how old you are, it’s suitable for people of all ages.

What, Exactly, is Hypnosis, Anyway?
As well as using hypnosis helps to improve and enhance your sports and fitness effectively and faster, and also has many benefits including helping improving health and often cure for many illnesses.
There is nothing magical about hypnosis, nothing more than a nice pleasant state of relaxation for the mind and body.
Hypnosis and self-hypnosis are actually commonplace occurrences that most of us engage in on a regular basis without realising it.
How many times have you noticed whilst driving, you’re surprised when you arrive at your destination without noticing you missed your turning or some familiar scenery along the way?

Think about the times in school you found yourself daydreaming in class cause you were bored, just staring into space or out of the window. This mental visualisation is also a hypnotic state.

It’s a bit like if you were driving on automatic pilot, (and we’ve all done this at some stage), while your focus of attention of your conscious mind was elsewhere. This highway hypnosis is a prime example of going into trance with your eyes wide open, similar to a judo player using self-hypnosis for a training session or competition.

You won’t realise it but we all go into a hypnotic state many times during the day without noticing, we were actually engaging in self-hypnosis. We also always go through this ‘natural process’ before we go into deep sleep at night.
Imagine having this ability and using visualisation to focus on the positive things you want to accomplish in your life.

With hypnosis and visualisation Gill will help you succeed to visualise success to bring out the best in you in your abilities what you want to achieve. The power of Sports Hypnosis is used everyday by some. It will help you get through those obstacles that stand in your way.
